I am a Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Sports Nutritionist, having completed my training through the Holistic Performance Institute (HPN1). I am also currently studying Clinical Nutrition to further develop my knowledge and skills.

A Clinical Nutritionist is a practitioner who has undertaken advanced training in nutrition and applies nutrition principles to support health and wellbeing. Clinical nutrition focuses on understanding the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle, and health outcomes.
As I am currently studying Clinical Nutrition, I do not yet practise as a Clinical Nutritionist. My current services are provided within my qualifications and scope as a Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Sports Nutritionist.

I do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions, nor do I prescribe diets, supplements, or herbal remedies for the treatment of disease. If specialised care is required, I will refer you to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email and a short intake form to complete before your session. This helps me understand your goals, habits, and lifestyle so we can use our time effectively.
During the consultation, we will discuss your nutrition and lifestyle and identify practical strategies tailored to you.
Following the session, I will send through a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan based on what we have discussed, along with clear next steps.
