About Me

I’m a nutrition coach and certified sports nutritionist, currently studying clinical nutrition. I focus on practical, real-world strategies that help people feel energised, nourished, and confident in their everyday choices.

My approach is evidence-based and grounded in both science and lived experience, supporting clients to build sustainable habits for long-term health.

Alongside nutrition, I also work in commercial interior design, and I’m particularly passionate about creating healthier home environments through practical changes that support sleep, wellbeing, and long-term health.

Outside of work, I’m usually studying or outdoors, trail running in the Canterbury Hills, walking, hiking, or mountain biking with my husband. I also enjoy slower moments through yoga, good food, creativity, and honest conversation.

My Story

Working in nutrition has been a long-standing passion of mine. I believe that when you consistently nourish your body well, life often feels easier, with more energy, better resilience, and greater overall wellbeing. The body is responsive when it’s supported in a sustainable way. We’re only given one body, and learning how to care for it, not control it , is something I value deeply. Over the past 20 years, I’ve explored nutrition and lifestyle alongside my own health challenges, and I understand how overwhelming and conflicting nutrition advice can feel. The constant noise, trends, and rules around food often create confusion rather than clarity. That experience has shaped the way I work today: with compassion, realism, and a focus on what is practical and sustainable in real life.

What is The Wellness Arch?

The Wellness Arch is a name that holds personal meaning for me.

It's a nod to my dad, Arch, who inspired my early interest in health and wellbeing. Long before specialised diets were widely understood, he was exploring the connection between food and health, which sparked a curiosity that has stayed with me ever since.

The name also reflects my belief that lasting wellbeing is built on strong foundations. Just as an arch provides strength and support, small, sustainable habits can help create vibrant health over time through nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress management, and the environments we live in.

I also chose the name because it allows room to grow. Wellness is about more than food alone, and The Wellness Arch provides a framework that can evolve alongside my professional interests while remaining grounded in the same goal: helping people build healthier, more vibrant lives.

How I work

I provide nutrition coaching and education within my scope of practice. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Where appropriate, I may recommend that you seek support from your GP or another qualified health professional to ensure you receive the right level of care.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition. Instead, I focus on practical, evidence-based support that works with your life, your preferences, and your goals. Drawing on the benefits of plant-rich eating and sustainable lifestyle habits, I help clients build strong foundations for long-term health and wellbeing.
